Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Assist customers and collaborate with team members.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
