Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs to enhance the shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
