Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
