Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and inviting environment for shoppers. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
• Assist customers in finding products and enhance their shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
