Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases at the checkout.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
