Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
