Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in merchandise levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
