Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report product issues and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
