Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to an outstanding customer shopping experience.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
- Experience in retail environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
