Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
