Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
