Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Support store inventory procedures and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks around the store.
• Required to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, and carry items.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Customer service skills, cash register operation, and equipment handling abilities.
• Capability to follow cleaning standards, interpret policies, and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
