Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback on product issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
