Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
