We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and display merchandise neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
