Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and upholding store cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
