Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support shopping needs
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Proficiency in customer service, cash handling, and equipment operation
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
