Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the new ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
- Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a team setting and follow guidelines.
