Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on successfully managing store operations. You will oversee day-to-day store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational plans. This role also involves mentoring and developing the store team to achieve excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Strong customer service skills and leadership qualities.
• Experience in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior retail management experience is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations for training.
