Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you to successfully manage a store. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise store activities and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain store signage and product quality.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing new staff.
- Create and manage schedules for adequate staffing.

- Oversee merchandising and manage inventory levels.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
