Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you'll receive comprehensive training to prepare you to successfully manage a store. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store activities and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Model company core values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing new staff.
• Create and manage schedules for adequate staffing.

• Oversee merchandising and manage inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
