Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in managing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and developing your team through mentoring and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and oversee staff scheduling.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience accepted.
• Previous management experience is advantageous.
