Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on effectively managing store operations and leading a team towards success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and creating operational plans. Additionally, you will be involved in staff development and mentoring to drive performance and meet store targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values and strategies to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure store presentation and product quality.
• Participate in the recruitment process and manage store staffing levels effectively.
• Conduct store meetings, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities for team members.
• Manage budget targets, cash audits, and inventory maintenance in alignment with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
