Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store effectively. You'll be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team schedules, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Previous management experience is a plus.
