We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of store management. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and developing your team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values, fostering teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and employee hiring processes.
• Create and revise schedules, establish job expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain budget goals, ensure store safety, oversee merchandising, and manage inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Operational knowledge including cash register use and equipment handling.
• Flexibility to travel for training at different locations.
