Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you for a future leadership position. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.
• Develop and revise work schedules to optimize staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.
• Ensure store meets payroll and budget targets.
• Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Oversee merchandising and stock management.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on goal achievement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail experience; management experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
