We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while fostering team development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $101,000 (salary and bonus included)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage customer concerns to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper signage.
• Assist in the hiring process and schedule management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience (minimum 3 years) and management background preferred.
