Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of running a store effectively. You will supervise daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational plans while guiding and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate company values and strategy to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure resolution.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and training store personnel.
• Establish job expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor store budgets, inventory, and product merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
• Experience in budgeting, personnel management, and cash handling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
