Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead and ensure the success of your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior experience in retail and management preferred.
• Ability to operate various store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as required.
