The General Manager at VASA Fitness will lead a team to drive club operations and sales at the assigned location. This dynamic role requires a take-charge personality with a reputation for getting things done. Responsibilities

• Manage the pace, financial performance, and consistency in the club.
• Drive operational goals, objectives, and priorities for lead roles and responsible for attainment of club financial results.
• Hire and develop the club team with emphasis on lead positions.
• Communicate, uphold, and lead by example the 'House of VASA' approach, purpose, and foundation.
• Ensure a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club and maintain the 'UPLIFT' culture.
• Provide consistent accountability, recognition, and corrective action when necessary.
• Develop direct reports, provide direction, and monitor club facilities to ensure execution of company programs and initiatives.
• Provide resources and direction to ensure enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Align club meetings with company goals and objectives and drive daily deliverables through thorough business plans.
• Communicate, lead by example, and motivate the team to understand and develop passion toward the brand, values, and strategy.
