Job Description

The General Manager at VASA Fitness is responsible for engaging, upbeat, and results-driven leadership to direct operations and sales at the VASA location. This role involves building a culture-based team for driving the club toward financial performance and consistent brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pace, financial performance, and consistency in the club.
• Drive operational goals, objectives, and priorities for lead positions.
• Hire and develop the club team, with emphasis on lead positions.
• Communicate, uphold, and lead by example to deliver the 'House of VASA' approach, purpose, and foundation.
• Manage a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club.
• Ensure that all team members create and maintain the 'UPLIFT' culture in the club.
• Provide accountability for direct reports, recognize good performance, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Implement and execute corporate and district initiatives, sales, and pricing promotions.
• Resolve escalated member concerns outside the authority of leads to solve.
