We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, maximizing studio and group fitness engagement. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing, achieving results, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and fostering connections within our community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Maximize studio and group fitness usage by analyzing performance and driving attendance.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks and initiatives.
• Train and develop instructors to deliver safe and effective classes, fostering ongoing growth and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and create a culture of enthusiasm and accountability.
