Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches to drive club traffic.
- Analyze and achieve financial targets and KPIs for STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
- Ensure world-class member experience through flawless execution of services and programs.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a motivating community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in group fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive environment.
