Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage by fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment.
- Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver world-class member experiences through flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
- Train, coach, and develop fitness instructors to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong connections with members and guests.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness, health, and community building.
- Certifications in fitness instruction are a plus.
