Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to providing an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting environment, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to enhance club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to drive business results and exceed financial targets.
• Create competitive, on-trend class schedules that cater to member convenience.
• Deliver world-class member experiences through flawless execution of initiatives, training, and mentoring.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high standards.
• Ensure members and guests receive exceptional experiences that promote community building.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness leadership or related roles.
• Strong recruitment and staff management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Passion for fitness and creating positive experiences for others.
