Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting fitness experience and maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your responsibilities include recruiting and staffing, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and training and coaching instructors to facilitate ongoing development. Responsibilities

• Recruit and acquire top talent for STUDIO and Group Fitness schedules.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive financial targets and exceed KPIs.
• Ensure equipment and spaces are well-maintained for a safe and clean environment.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors for continuous development.
• Create a welcoming community and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in fitness instruction or personal training preferred.
