Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through strategic scheduling and programming.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver world-class member experiences through training, coaching, and ongoing development.
• Create a supportive and engaging community within the team and with members.
