Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, events, and programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes and continued growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and foster a culture of enthusiasm and passion.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community environment.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
