Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Checker/Driver, Non-Exempt at our Honolulu, HI location with ABF Freight. As a City Driver, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct pickups and deliveries efficiently.
• Perform loading and unloading of trailers using the latest techniques and technology.
• Work schedule may vary depending on the terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
• 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for applicants with less experience.
• Must possess a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Stable work history and strong work ethic desired.
• Clean driving records and passing of DOT pre-employment screenings are mandatory.
