Job Description
The essential functions and basic duties of the CDL Driver include performing pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, executing safe loading/unloading practices, and operating the equipment efficiently. As a Delivery Driver, responsibilities include reviewing paperwork, ensuring order accuracy, delivering and unloading products using appropriate equipment, maintaining DOT compliance, and meeting delivery deadlines while maintaining professional communication with customers and vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive route paperwork, truck, and trailer assignments
- Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections as per DOT regulations
- Secure loads, follow route plans, and meet delivery requirements
- Complete store clean-outs, check cargo security, and verify paperwork accuracy
- Accurately report hours of service using electronic logging devices
