Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As part of our expanding operations, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo, loading and unloading trailers, and ensuring timely transportation services to our customers.

General Description of Duties

• Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations in proximity to the distribution center.
• Utilize appropriate techniques and procedures for loading and unloading trailers efficiently.
• Responsibilities and schedules may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience required.
• Valid Class-A CDL with specific endorsements.
• Good stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
