Job Description
We are hiring a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator on a full-time basis. Join ABF Freight, an exceptional company with rewarding career opportunities. This position involves the pickup and delivery of cargo to various locations near our consolidation center. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading trailers with the same techniques as dock workers. Actual duties and schedules may vary by terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience. (Candidates with less experience may be eligible for training)
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
- Stable work record and safe driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screenings and meet medical requirements.
