ArcBest II ABF Freight, one of the country's largest LTL carriers, is seeking Local City Drivers / Forklift Operators to join our team. We are looking for individuals with The Skill & The Will to serve our customers with customized transportation and logistics solutions.
General Description of Duties:
Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center. Loading and unloading trailers following specific techniques, technology, and procedures. Duties and schedules may vary by terminal location.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years old.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience. Training may be provided for candidates with less experience.
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements without automatic restriction.
- Stable work record and safe driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen and meet medical requirements.
