Job Description
Are you an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to join a supportive and innovative team? ChristianaCare is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
