Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem, supporting New Castle County, DE. A current DE LPN license or compact state license is required.
