Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our HomeHealth division, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
