Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and assist in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
