Job Description

As a Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, following goal-oriented care plans and ensuring patient-centered treatment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans in line with available resources.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
