Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare. As part of our HomeHealth program, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and participating in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
