Are you an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to join a team that supports your career growth? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
