Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a member of the HomeHealth department, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in the community, supporting New Castle County, DE. This role involves implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning. Both Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem positions are available, with competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
